Emermark LLC, based in Des Moines, Iowa, operates emermark.com. This notice explains how we handle information when you visit our website or contact us through it. The client portal may involve additional account and project information; contact us for details about a specific client relationship.
Information we collect
If you send a request through a contact form, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, topic, and message. We also receive the page from which the request was sent. Please do not include passwords or sensitive information in a message.
When you visit the site, our hosting provider may process technical information needed to deliver and protect it, such as your IP address, browser details, requested pages, and request time. We store an essential cookie that records your choices for optional technologies.
Analytics, advertising, and error reports
If you allow analytics, we load Google Tag Manager to deliver Google Analytics. Once a Google Analytics tag is configured in the container, Google may receive page and device information, approximate location derived from your IP address, and cookie identifiers. We use reports about visits and site use to improve the website. We do not ask Google Analytics to identify you by name.
If you allow advertising and we configure advertising tags, Google may process information about visits to measure ads or show relevant Emermark ads. Advertising is a separate choice from analytics. We honor Global Privacy Control by keeping advertising off.
If you allow error reporting, Honeybadger may receive the page URL, browser information, and details of a technical error so we can fix it. Google Fonts supplies the site's fonts; loading those files sends your IP address to Google even if you decline optional cookies.
Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics are provided by Google. Our contact form is hosted by Cloudflare Pages and sends your request through Resend to our email inbox. Why we use information

Retention and sharing
We keep contact messages for as long as needed to follow up and manage a potential or existing business relationship, and longer where records are needed for legal or accounting reasons.
